This morning my Garmin’s battery died in the middle of my run. I wasn’t bummed about it since Camiseta Leeds United this was an simple run anyway so I didn’t care about time. I focused on Breathing as well as Feeling…

I don’t mean emotional feelings, save that crap for therapy. I mean exactly how you physically feel.

I took a yoga in shape class at the concept seminar a few weeks back. The trainer kept stating “Your only task right here is to breathe as well as Feel”

I like that.

You don’t have to concern about exactly how far into a present you are getting or exactly how long you can hold a present before you requirement a break – just focus on exactly how it feels. This exact same concept can be used to running or other workouts too.

And so I difficulty you to inspect in with yourself during a workout or run this week. Don’t concern about exactly how quick the treadmill states you are going OR if you are doing as many push-ups in boot camp as the person next to you. focus on what your body is telling you. focus on exactly how it feels.

My ankle is telling me to stretch so I did a bit yoga video after my run. I’ve been testing out different free yoga videos as well as I’ll share some soon.
