My snacking routine is a unfortunate scar left from my starve/binge days in college. (Nutshell: I would try to ‘diet’ by eating 500 calories all day. Then, I would come house after class as well as assault the kitchen area like Miley attacks a foam finger.)

I don’t do the restrict part any type of more, however considering that I’m a bit sensitive about it, I don’t provide myself a ‘good’ snack when I’m hungry in the afternoon. Instead  I frequently graze as well much instead of satisfying my needs.

Since I’m a volume eater I like snacks that are about 200-300 calories however feel like a great deal of food. Enter: A sandwich.
